Silver Koi Tile Mural SATIN FINISH - 4 - 6 x 6 in Tiles (6 in x 24 in)
THIS IS THE SATIN VERSION. The satin tiles are less glossy and can be permanently mounted as a backsplash or in a shower or any vertical tile placement using sandless (silicone) grout.
I took this image of the Silver Koi on the Island of Kauai. We were dining at the Plantation Restaurant and there is an orchid garden with a koi pool behind it. The fish were hanging around in the shade which enabled me to take a clear shot without the sunlight reflecting off the water.
I am a multi-media artist and Lighthouse is an Enhanced Photograph. To create the mosaic, I enhanced the photo and then divided it into 4 parts and then printed it onto 4 tiles using a process called Dye Sublimation.
