I took this shot on a rainy day in Hawaii on the island of Kauai. Two ships were in the squall while the sun was setting and the wind was blowing the surf off shore. I loved the contradiction of the sun and rain.
I am a multi-media artist and Lighthouse is an Enhanced Photograph
To create the mosaic, I enhanced the photo and then divided it into 3 parts and then printed it onto 3 tiles using a process called Dye Sublimation.
This is a piece of art for hanging on the wall.
