Sea Turtle Tile Mosaic - 3 - 6in Tiles (18 in x 6 in)
I took this shot at Poipu Beach State Park on the island of Kauai. There were loads of people there, but the Turtles rested in the warm sun for hours.
To create the mosaic, I enhanced the photo and then divided it into 3 parts and then printed it onto 3 tiles using a process called Dye Sublimation.
This is a piece of art for hanging on the wall or for a vertical backsplash. For permanent mounting, use a non-sanded grout and clean with a soft cloth and mild cleaner (no bleach.)
