Crab Tile Mural - 3 - 6 x 8 in Tiles (8 in x 18 in)
THIS IS THE SATIN VERSION. The satin tiles are less glossy and can be permanently mounted as a backsplash or in a shower or any vertical tile placement using sandless (silicone) grout.
I found this Dungeness Crab awaiting purchase at the Pike Place Public Market in Seattle, WA. This one has already been cooked which gives it the beautiful orange color.
I am a multi-media artist and Crab is an Enhanced Photograph. To create the mosaic, I enhanced the photo and then divided it into 3 parts and then printed it onto 3 tiles using a process called Dye Sublimation.
