This is the view of Mount Baker with the Coupeville Wharf Sign and a Sailboat in the foreground. I took the shot from the Museum Deck which is up the hill from the dock. I had attended, as a vendor, the Coupeville Art Fair in August one year and took a moment to take the image.
I am a multi-media artist and Lighthouse is an Enhanced Photograph. To create the mosaic, I enhanced the photo and then divided it into 3 parts and then printed it onto 3 tiles using a process called Dye Sublimation. This item is very glossy and is for hanging on the wall.
